Thanks the plugin works . . .

This is first level solution that I can use. I do not know how much it will tax the server/bandwidth if i need to get 150 quotes per page and it
gets refreshed every 5 min for 5 hours.

But My need was to have the "current market price" to come as a number and that I should be able to use in the table in DW.
some thing like

^Stock^Current Price ^ Current trend ^
| Google | {(xsstockview>tatasteel.ns)}| sell below 740 |

Also this plugin is putting $ sign while I am fetching data which is in INR.

I can get the quote by this script and its quite fast. Now can this be converted to a plugin so that I can use it even without enabling php.

Above link provides a way to get the yahoo quote.
I think a plugin can be developed for bringing in the quote from .csv / html file
as shown in this tutorial.

I have checked few of the english posts on this subject it
is not leading anywhere.

I do not have problem since I am currently using

.\conf\acl.auth.php

to manage my user access right. It is also straight forward.

I have older installation of dokuwiki in my intranet,
while using ACL it is not allowing me (with admin rights) to user access to namespace and
it is showing "CSRF attack"

I was just looking if I need to update my installation.

By the way I am having the authentication being done by using
Windows Active Directory I presume that it is the source of this
err.

I have seen good interest in the mindmap with wiki . . referning http://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/4718

My wish would be to convert a freemind mindmap into a dokuwiki namespace. Since
its very easy to first populate a mindmap and then write about it so that things are better
organizes . . :-)

So that gives the wishlist addition of
MindMap --> dokuwiki.

BTW the freemind already have something to export the mindmap to xml / html

I am very happy to see the kind of progress which got achieved on this area.

BUT I have little issue. My intranet installation do not support any kind of internet tools
like google chart tools.

Dokuwiki is very easy to install and maintain just read

install section on the wiki @ http://www.dokuwiki.org/Install

Its a pdf and I am using the following link in wiki

Subject: Similar download problem

I am facing similar download issue. Files are not getting downloaded by logged in user from the links from dokuwiki pages.

I renamed the .htaccess and files are downloaded.

This is an XAMPP installation on an intranet and not much worried about the security.

However I want to know more about this and why .htaccess is used in the /data directory.
