Subject: Issuetracker plugin does not send email
hi all,
i've just started to use this plugin and stacked with two issues:
1. there is no email notifications after issue is created/changed/commented. the email is received neither by the issue creater nor dokuwiki admin. the plugin is configured to send notifications and email address is specified. and wherein the dokuwiki sends me the notifications when the generic pages are created/updated.
2. there is an empty block on the dokuwiki page after the issue was created/updated/commented. nevertheless the issue gets created/updated/commented but the empty block confuses me and other users.

could anyone help to solve these issues?

Subject: IssueTracker Plugin Error - file_get_contents
I have two current issues with the issue tracker.  Firstly, I get a Warning on the form to submit a new issue that states:

Warning: file_get_contents(wiki/lib/plugins/issuetracker/xsEditor.js): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 520 Origin Error in www/wiki/lib/plugins/issuetracker/syntax.php on line 1409

Then I'm not sure if it is a related issue or not, but each new issue that is created is date stamped 01-01-1970 0:00:00.  When I make a modification the last modified date is the same.  I'm hoping this is a simple fix, but would appreciate any help as we have  found a lot of use for the IssueTracker.

Thanks in advance!

Dabei kamen folgende Fehlermeldungen:

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /homepages/28/d13468818/htdocs/tm_wiki/lib/plugins/authplain/auth.php on line 89

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /homepages/28/d13468818/htdocs/tm_wiki/lib/plugins/authplain/auth.php on line 89

Seems you're not the first to run into this issue:

Quote by adispi:
i cannot find a solution on the web without changing the code of the dokuwiki.

the issues that this is causing me is that the wiki does not get a full reply from the AD and there for finds part of groups and usually they are incomplete, so when i set permission for a group, not all the users can access the wiki.

Unfortunately, no mention of what code change adispi may have made to work around the issue.

I am not an expert in this area, but If I had to guess, this StackOverflow discussion which might be relevant. If I had this issue, and I had a development environment to test in, I might try overriding the sizelimit parameter in the line referenced in the warning, but it'd be very much a guess/hack. I'm not necessarily recommending this.

From authAD plugin page:

Due to missing support for paged queries in PHP's LDAP extension, plugins that try to get all users from the auth backend will fail if you use authAD plugin and have more than 1000 objects in Active Directory. One example is the IssueTracker plugin.

No doubt someone else will be able to provide better information than me. If you're lucky, authAD author andi may be able to point you at the answer.

Subject: Issuetracker Help
I have been using DokuWiki without an issue for about a year and want to use it for issue tracking.  I installed the Issuetracker plugin from the Extension manager.  I was able to configure issuetracker and submit a new issue.  If I try to list the issues, I only get the search block with no issue listed (I do get the title row for the issue table).  If I search for the issue it does show it as issue zero, but when I click on issue 0, I get a blank issue.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks.

Subject: Issuetracker plugin not create issues
Hi, folks,

I've been used a Dokuwiki for years to register my projects. Last week I installed the Issuetracker (2nd generation) made by Taggic. The idea of this plugin is amazing, but I can't make it working on my wiki installation! I made all configs, I read the documentation and it isn't track any issue...

Every attempt, shows "Your report has been successfully stored as issue #0" - no matter how many times I tried, is always "#0"

I really sorry, if my question is dummy question :scared: , but I've been tried for days put the Issuetracker plugin to work...

Can someone (that uses this plugin) help me?

https://github.com/Taggic/IssueTracker/blob/master/action.… this line is wrong and will throw the mentioned warning on PHP7. The signature has to be adjusted to match that of the parent class.

Hey its still the same PHP Warnung with the new version:

PHP Warning:  Declaration of action_plugin_issuetracker::register(&$controller) should be compatible with DokuWiki_Action_Plugin::register(Doku_Event_Handler $controller) in <path>\dokuwiki\lib\plugins\issuetracker\action.php on line 3776

I do speak german, but I cant find a hint how he solved the problem. We'll see, I've asked him about that.

Was genau war jetzt die Lösung? (Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem : PHP Warning:  Declaration of action_plugin_issuetracker::register(&$controller) should be compatible with DokuWiki_Action_Plugin::register(Doku_Event_Handler $controller) in <meinPfad>\dokuwiki\lib\plugins\issuetracker\action.php on line 3776 )

best regards
Taggic

It seems like the Issuetracker plugin https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:issuetracker is not compatible with Detritus.

As soon as I install it I get the following php error:
PHP Warning:  Declaration of action_plugin_issuetracker::register(&$controller) should be compatible with DokuWiki_Action_Plugin::register(Doku_Event_Handler $controller) in <mypath>\dokuwiki\lib\plugins\issuetracker\action.php on line 3755

Is anyone able to reproduce this? How can I fix this?

Subject: Dear Taggik
I found that some features of issuetracker do not work in Chrome browser, obviously due to java, that was somehow cut from Chrome lately.
Any plans to update your plugin to support Chrome?
