Hello together,
I uploaded (and installed) the dokuwiki files (version: Weatherwax) to the root directory of my shared web server:
Structure:
/bin/
/conf/
/data/
/inc/
/lib/
/videos/ *new*
index.php
...
As you can see above, I created a new folder called 'videos' via FTP. I also uploaded many files (mp4, html) to that folder "videos" via FTP. I didn't use the media manager for uploading these files, but FTP instead!
Now, I want to "equip" a picture with a simple hyperlink (relative path, not absolute path!) within a wiki page to a file in the folder "videos". Creating an absolute path (external URL) with the built-in editor works fine, e.g.
http://www.mydomain.com/videos/video1.html
Question:
But how can I create a relative path like
../../videos/video1.html in the built-in editor?
If there is no "relative path solution for FTP-uploaded files", I will have to upload all files again, but this time via media manager instead of FTP. Setting a relative path would then be possible.
I want to substitute all absolute paths for relative paths, because I would like to make all my wiki-files available on a DVD (offline version of my wiki).
Do you have any idea?
