Hey,
I'm using DokuWiki on one of best free hostings (where I live, I want to be sure that my site is stored in servers in my country). But I have one problem with ads.
Hosting provider inserts it at the top of page. But only few (ugly) templates works correctly. With my favourite Vector template, advertisement is covering site content (100px height, sometimes ~170px) and damaging site layout.
I tried first to analyze code of site. It seems that only change made by hosting provider is replacing

by

And there is how it looks:
If I move or delete ads by CSS (probably possible), hosting provider may delete my site (Terms of Service). So, it is not solution.
I heard that there are two styles of alignment of all content: absolute and relative, and changing it may (rather) help. But I don't know how to do it. So I'm asking - what edit to get something better:
Cheers,
Matt
