mattmizumi My DokuWiki install (updated to Weatherwax) has been running fine except for one issue: local (EDIT: all) images don't always get loaded. When I refresh a page with say, 6 images on it, each time a different, apparently random, subset of images loads correctly. The others are not displayed and show the "missing image" icon. The images are all PNG, small in size (10-25kB), uploaded through the Media Manager, and this problem occurs on Chrome, IE and Firefox. I am using a commercial hosting service (DirectNIC). Any ideas what could be causing this?
mattmizumi I've tried every option in the https://www.dokuwiki.org/images page (nocache, recache, nolink, different sizes) but to no avail. Even on a bare page with only images I get this problem. I would love to know how to start troubleshooting this.
mattmizumi I additionally verified that the problem also occurs when using only remote images, even if they are cached. The problem is also apparent in the Media Manager itself, with some thumbnails but not others showing up in an apparently random manner.
mattmizumi Any information at all on what may be happening here would be much appreciated. You can view an example wiki page with this phenomenon here: http://www.vandermeerlab.org/wiki/doku.php?id=analysis:course:week5
dominik Looking at your example page i see some 500er error codes from the webserver. That indicates a php error. You should check your webserver error log/php error log to get more information.
