Subject: any latex (or similar) stand alone plugin?
I have my wiki on a shared host. From what i red on the documentation about the latek render it needs latex to be installed on the server.

Is there any portable solution that does not require that?

Depends on what feature you need. If you just want Math formula support check out the available math plugins. If you need the features of a full LaTex interpreter, well then you're probably out of luck.

just math formulas.
I will have a look then.
Thanks

Any thoughts or testimonials on their usage are welcome.

EDIT:
I found this one
http://wiki.splitbrain.org/plugin:math2
it looks cool and easy to install and use. I think i will use this one.

Just out of my curiosity: some of my users are used to latex, does this uses the same sintax as latex?
I think i wil install it either way, just my curiosity.
