The search in DokuWiki is really quite horrendous. It shows all syntax and just looks plain bad - a few plugins exist to try to make this better but even they fail in many circumstances...
I would see this as a very simple plugin overall... a simple syntax to define a "summary" of each page in your Wiki:
{{summary>This page contains information about this and that and will help you with this or that.}}
Then whenever that page shows up in search, the summary is shown rather than the random text... for example, when my programming guide section comes up, this is what my users see:
bluevolt.com/urc/CourseDetail/TCS-100-Overview-of-Total-Control-(CEUP514)/26490 TCS-100: An Overview of Total Control
https://go.bluevolt.com/urc/CourseDetail/TCS-200-Total-Control-Product-Training-(CEUP515)/26491 TCS-200: Total Control Product Training
https://go.bluevolt.com/urc/CourseDetail/TCP-100-ABC%27s-... bluevolt.com/urc/CourseDetail/TCS-100-Overview-of-Total-Control-(CEUP514)/26490 TCS-100: An Overview of Total Control
https://go.bluevolt.com/urc/CourseDetail/TCS-200
Terrible!
I will pay for this plugin if it is a big process to create. Please contact me via bnapier@universalremote.com
