I have an Excel-file here with about 500 lines and about 15 columns. Now I want this data to be put into the "structured data plugin". Each line of the Excel-file should finally look like the following data:
---- dataentry projects ----
number : 3456
documentnr : 45633
customer : BMW
date : 2008-12-20
type : Kolofonia looser Plants
capacity : 1.000 kW
temperature : -32°C
ad. : no
wbt :
hwt :
el. cabinet : no
commissioning : yes
cooling : yes
software : no
evaporator : no
just : no
price : 565,54€
who :
----
Has anybody of you got an idea how to do this without copying the complete Excel file?

If I understood your question correctly, you can write simple macro in Excel that will produce this kind of output.

Hallo,

Hello virk,
that's bad. Unfortunately until now i haven' t created a working sql code to write into the sqlite tables.
There are two tables managed from the data plugin, one for the pages and one for the colums. These two tables are connected through pageid. Unfortunately every row from the page table is linked to all rows inside the colum table with the correspondending pageid.
To update the colum table with the csv, i have to adress every row that contains only a colum each, but a row inside csv contains all colums.
I think we have to adress this to a sqlite programmer inside the dowiki community.
Do you know anyone or the correct forum?
Best wishes
Poul
