I'm a complete n00b with both Linux and Dokuwiki, so bear with me.
I upgraded my Debian box last week to the latest Debian kernel, PHP modules, Dokuwiki and Apache 1.3. All was working great until I upgraded my Apache2 installation to the latest version at which time my Dokuwiki server stopped functioning. I did choose not to replace my config files during the Apache2 update, so I am unsure of what could have changed.
I can get to my Apache server fine, but accessing my Dokuwiki address gives me a 404. I've researched for about 3 days now and am more confused now than last week when I broke it. I'm a Windows admin and am severely confused and frustrated with Linux, so any help would be appreciated.
My Apache error logs are showing the following:
[Tue Jul 24 12:00:06 2007] [error] [client 192.168.xx.xx] File does not exist: /var/www/wiki/doku.php
There are multiples of the same errors for different files and directories as well, and they all exist on the server, but unfortunately without IIS I am helpless.
