I just got to the thread of this message; and, realized that I made many mistakes in the original post. :-( Sorry about that. The post assumed all the correct wiki grammar. I just mis-spelled.
Michtux's suggestion works. The blog entries got into the right column with correct <H2> marks. Thanks Michtux. I appreciate!!! Also, I found out that the below <WRAP col2></WRAP> works fine.
===== Welcome =====
<WRAP col2>
===== Changes =====
...
===== Blogs =====
...
</WRAP>
However, if I put <WRAP group><WRAP column half> at the beginning of the page, the blog entries heading will be the same size of the frontpage headings (that is, <h1> size). (But, the whole layout look okay.)
Please understand that I am not complaining; but, just let people (developer or gurus) know that there might be a slight problem. As I said, Michitux suggestion solved my problem (thanks again).

As a side note, I am thinking about using dokuwiki as a class tool. I thought that <Blog> might be used as a kind of announcement page, <Changes> might be a kind of page histories. The <Welcome> page may lead to various classes namespaces.
I searched the forum about using dokuwiki as a (university or high school) class tool; but, found few threads. Any direction would be very much appreciated!
Thanks again for you guys' help!
