What exactly are you asking for? If DokuWiki can handle thousands of pages? Yes it can.
Be more specifc in your question please. What is it you want to achieve?
Thanks for your reply Andi, I'll try to explain to my best of ability.
Currently I am creating each and every page for a similar type of item. For example in the "Weapons" page I have child pages such as "Sword, Dagger, Mace and Bow" etc. Each weapon have its own stats such as "Damage, Level Requirement, Job Requirement" etc.
With the default Dokuwiki software, these information is managed page by page basis. If I were to add ONE more stat called "Effects" in "Sword", I'll have to individually go to "Dagger, Mace and Bow" to add in the new stat.
Is there a way I can utilize the database so that all of this information is stored in a database and can be edited in a page? Or is there a plugin built for this purpose already?
As for the child pages "Sword, Dagger, Mace and Bow", a simple call function i.e. {{weaponsdata>Sword}} would call all stats and display it accordingly in the "Sword" page. On top of "Weapons" I still have "Armor, Jobs, Quest, Boss, Monster" database to deal with.
Am I making sense?

I followed this guide using Data, Bureaucracy and Sqlite plugin
They worked great, but the thing is if I wanted to add another column to the existing table I'll have to edit the rest of the entries.
Is there a way to edit directly from the list?
