Out of curiosity, I installed a bitnami 'stack' for dokuwiki on one of my ubuntus. Here is what you get. In the topmost directory, which in my case I named
dokuwiki, not being prepared for what I got, you will find a set of directories that includes mysql,apache2, php, sqlite and apps.
apps[/m] is where you want to begin. This directory contains the [m]dokuwiki directory, i.e. where your dokuwiki is installed. There you will find the following sub-directories:
drwxr-xr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 conf
drwxr-xr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 data
drwxrwxr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 doku_conf
drwxr-xr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 htdocs
data[/m] contains all of your data directories, including [m]media[/m]. [m]htdocs contains the topmost dokuwiki directory. It includes the following:
drwxr-xr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 bin
-rw-r--r-- 4096 Feb 24 20:12 COPYING
drwxr-xr-x 4096 Mar 6 15:55 _cs
-rw-r--r-- 3398 Feb 24 20:12 doku.php
-rw-r--r-- 19382 Feb 24 20:12 feed.php
