Thanks for browsing.
We an internal Dokuwiki setup and everything seems to be working well except for one thing. When we are editing some of the content on a page, if we spend too much time on the page, it refreshes and loses all of the changes. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing that?
I have two additional plugins installed:
'autologoff plugin'
'ckgedit'
Any push in the right direction would be very helpful.

You don't say what you mean by 'refresh'. If you mean logging you off while you are working, then I suspect that there is an incompatibility between the two plugins. Ckgedit does its own timing, so autologoff thinks nothing has been happening and logs you off.

The page refreshes like you hit F5. You are still in the editor but lose all of your changes. It happens even while we are editing pages. It does not log us off.

With both Firefox and Chrome, hitting F5 while in ckgedit will bring up a dialog asking if you want to exit/refresh and warns about loss of data. The only way to test is by disabling one or both of the plugins.

Edit
You may have to give up one of the plugins.

Removed 'ckgedit' and the issue still happened. Disabled AutoLogOff and the issue went away. Guess it is related to that plugin. Thanks for your help!

I'm not familiar with the configuration for that plugin, but could it be that you still have to configure something in the Configuration Manager?

Nothing that I have found. I will probably just remove it if I can't get it fixed. Thanks!
