pmgeuze I want to thank you all again for all the great help that you have provided in the past. How do a refer to the current page that a form is on? I have a page called "process_notes:201603151100_laptop_inspection_acer_173199-1" on the page is the following form: ====Add Laptop Device to Case Folder==== <form> action template templates:device_laptop "devices:Acer_173199-1" action pagemod reports:summary_of_findings cellphone_findings action pagemod :summary_report add_device action pagemod :sidebar add_device hidden "device_link" "=devices:Acer_173199-1" hidden "Device Type" "=Laptop" hidden "ECR_Item" "=173199-1" textbox "page_address" "=replace with the page address for this page." textbox "Manufacturer" textbox "Model_Name" ! textbox "Serial_Number" ! submit I use this form so the user can confirm the Make Model and Serial of a device, list it in a table on this page, which is then shown as an include on multiple other pages. You can see in the red where I have to have the user manually copy the current page name and place it in the text field. I am sure there must be a way to refer to the current page as a default field. Thank you again.
pmgeuze Thank you for the response. I see that using the default text is an answer, but I do not know the page address when it is generated, since it uses a time stamp. Is there a term or function that draws its own page address?
sfitcs Sorry, I got confused when you gave the name of the page holding the form. Perhaps I could provide a better suggestion if you explained how the form/page is generated. Do you use a namespace template to generate it? If so you can use DokuWiki syntax in the namespace template to ensure the page's Bureaucracy form puts the correct value in the "page" field. e.g. @PAGE@
