Yes. Though you'll start to have problems with search. Performance is also going to depend on hardware (SSD is fine) and especially, page weight (big media will be an issue). That's around about the visit rate of
jdownloader.org,
winscp.net, or
ubuntu.ru but they don't have as many pages (and their pages are light-weight).
maisenbachers.de reports no issues with 9Gb of data traffic, but the site has few pages. You could try contacting the admins of those sites for information (it's what I'd do).

Maybe, but probably not. Certainly not full text search (only a database can deal with that much work). Any wiki is going to need special care and feeding at those load levels.

That would very much depend on your server setup, and CDN. I doubt search would be useful with that size wiki but

should dummy up some pages to match your site projections and run some
