The error message appears seemingly at random (*1), the changes listed are correct, and the impact is minor (just a little irritating). The time and date shown is not the same as system time. This is the latest version of DokuWiki, with lots of plugins, and some, um, hacks. The OS is Debian Jessie, the browser is Firefox, and DokuWiki is not running on the same machine as the browser. No one else is editing the DokuWiki at the same time, nor do I have multiple pages or tabs open for that DokuWiki. No errors in the webserver log.
Both computers have the correct time set (using NTP):-
parallel ::: "ssh aspire date" date
Tuesday 30 August 07:28:33 AEST 2016
Tuesday 30 August 07:28:33 AEST 2016

*1 only on the computer running the development webserver - almost identical installations on the production webservers don't have the same problem.
Any idea why this might be happening?
