Yes, it's possible to link to a word (or word as part of another word or phrase) in search results. No, it's not always possible (without a lot of work).
If the search term matches with part of a Heading, then you will get a link to the Heading - because it has an (#)ID.
There are no such anchors in other text elements unless you create them - and even then the Search results will only link to the element containing the search term, not the actual word. See Andi's solution below.
Is there a way with F-button och similar to go to the word instead?
Do you mean the browser's built-in Find utility (
Ctrl+F)? That
will locate a word within a page.
