gooooooders Hi there Where do I find the CSS code for list styling please? I want to move the bullet closer to the left margin so that more text fits on mobile screens. Thanks
sfitcs What DokuWiki template (theme) are you using please? Have you considered using $DokuWiki/conf/userstyle.css? See DokuWiki CSS.
gooooooders I am familiar with creating/editing that file but how do I know what code to use? .li { xxx; } Like that perhaps? Edit: IT WORKEd. Thanks :)
sfitcs The various custom css files that can be added to $DokuWiki/conf, of which userstyle.css is just one (it modifies screen mode CSS) all use standard CSS syntax. One thing to bear in mind is that even though a selector rule with only one declaration doesn't require the declaration to end in ";", as it may be merged with existing declarations for the same selector - it usually will. Noted that you have ended the declaration with ";". How to know what syntax to use? Or how to know what selectors to target and declarations to use? The latter can be tested with various inspectors and developer tools, each browser has their own, and many allow extra functionality through plugins/extensions.
