Dear All,
I am sure the questions I am going to ask were asked many times before. I would appreciate links or any pointers.
I work for a large statistical data mining research group at the major research university. Traditionally we maintain or web pages independently from the university. In the past we have used heavily modified Daisy CMS to accomplish this. Unfortunately over the years our CMS was not properly maintained and Daisy seems to died as well. We have decided recently to use DokuWIki to accomplish our web presence.
At this point we have nothing to brag about

We picked above template because it is mobile device friendly. My first order of things is to enable CMS/Intranet functionality. What I mean this is that traditionally we have bunch of tabs on the sidebar available only to @user when they are logged into the Wiki which should not be visible by @ALL. I know that this can be done by namespace method. Could you kindly point me to the documentation which will explain me how to change the namespace property of the newly created tab on the sidebar. Even better is it possible to have another private sidebar with template DokuWiki? I am open to another templates but they must be mobile device friendly (artic for example is not).
The next question is how to incorporate Exhibit into DokuWiki

Does anyone have a clue how that could be done. I am open for anything which can accomplish similar functionality. We have lots of papers and we would like people to be easy to surf through them.
I have few other questions about adding protected software downloads tab and data set tab but for now the answer to above question would give me the quick start.
