When in Admin (Administration Page) > Plugins (down at bottom) > Move Pages and Namespaces
1. I Select a Namespace - Page, one of our Books "OpenCPN_User_Manual" .
2. Go to Admin (Administration Page) > Plugins (down at bottom) > Move Pages and Namespaces
3. I try Moving a Page and it is not recursive. Tried this twice.
http://tgp-architects.com/doku2/doku.php?id=opencpn:opencpn_user_manual
l
It just renamed the one page to
http://tgp-architects.com/doku2/doku.php?id=opencpn:manual
leaving this page separated from its namespace
opencpn:opencpn_user_manual which has multiple pages below it.
4. I then try to change the "namespace" from "opencpn" to "opencpn_user_manual" and cannot, I can only select "OpenCPN" which is up one level in the directory tree. So with the cursor highlighting "opencpn_user_manual" I cannot change the namespace to "manual".
5. So next I try selecting/highlighting one level down "Getting Started"
6. This gives me a screen which is shown in the attached screenshot.
7. Now I can active the second button
Move namespace: "opencpn:opencpn_user_manual "
8. and enter
New Name : opencpn:manual
9. Content to move "Pages" Push start.
10. It just separated the "Getting Started" page from the namespace "getting_started" and the multiple pages and namespaces below remain right where they were.
11. No this is not recursive either and will take hours to complete with multiple operations!
12. See screenshot in the next post please.
13. I think the idea is about right because this tool is only available in the Admin corner, but it needs some refinement and improvements so that it does work.
I think I am going to be using Sed now!!
------------
Start page "OpenCPN" has no links.
1. I do not have a "start" page by that name, it is called "opencpn"
2. When I go to
http://tgp-architects.com/doku2/doku.php the indexmenu does not show.
3. I am not sure that is correct, but I have the sidebar page under "opencpn" start page.
4. I could put links to each of the 4 books (namespaces) in the content part of "OpenCPN" start page, which I think I will do now.
5. That seems to solve one problem.
