OSticket is one of the most popular helpdesk system in the world but it's missing plugins to any wiki system in the world :). We use it these ticketing system to our customer that also would like to have access to good quality wiki/faq or knowledge base. For that reason Dokuwiki seems to be best possible option that will enhance these helpdesk.
