Subject: Statistics plugin some table doesn't get updated
Hi,
I have a weird problem, some of my table doesn't get updated since 31/12/2016 and some are working fine.
for example, the stats_access table doesn't get updated but the stats_edits is getting updated without a problem.

Please, how can I troubleshoot this issue, or what can I do?

I have the last wiki version installed, but the problem is existent before that.
OS windows server 2008.

Thank you.

I think you should provide more information. In any case it is unclear to me what your problem is. :-) For example a screenshot would be helpful.

Hi Virk

The statistics add-on doesn't work probably, for example, the dashboard doesn't show any statistics about visitors, Pages views, logged in users and etc, the following screen shoot describe what I mean.

I don't know what to do now, but anyway thank you all for your support, I really appreciate your efforts.

I think this problem started to happens after our system administrator joined the wiki server to the domain, I think maybe it's an authority issue, I don't know where to start, but I'll try to dig in this direction.

Thank you.
