EDIT: solved
Seconds after I finally posted this question I spotted the problem.
Instead of a closing </code> I had a <code>.
D'OH!
Hi,
Running Release 2017-02-19b "Frusterick Manners"
Showing some PHP with syntax highlighting works just fine:
<code php>
<?php echo "hello world!"; ?>
</code>
Trying the same for HTML fails:
<code html>
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<body>
<h1>Hello, world!</h1>
</body>
</html>
<code>
Instead of a nice syntax-highlighted block of code, I get some normal text, and some non-highlighted in a grey block.
Interestingly, using the FILE instead of CODE tag
does work:
<file html foo.html>
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<body>
<h1>Hello, world!</h1>
</body>
</html>
</file>
I tried with "code html" and "code html5", makes no difference.
Is my config messed up, or is this a bug?
Cheers,
Rene
