You will have to change the permissions on the files which are not writable by the web server. You can do this wither from the command line or by ftp.
Thanks for your answer, I found the file and changed the permission - the auto-updater is working now.
After the update process was done, I have another problem. I checked the version and everything seemed okay. I then refreshed the page and now I have a "Zugang verweigert" (permission denied) with my administrator user (and I think every other user has the same problem).
For now I needed to restore a backup.
Any ideas?
Edit: When logged in on the old version I have 20+assigned groups on my administrator account. After the update I have just 2 groups. Do I need to export them first, then update and import them again after the update before logging out?
Edit2: It seems that the AD-Auth is broken after the update. If I manually add the group names to the administrator account in users.auth.php I can log in again. Anyone had this before and knows a fix? Settings look okay, but maybe something big has changed so he can't transfer the config to the new version.
Edit3: Nevermind, this is way too complicated for me. I just added the group names to the users.auth.php and it works again. Auth with AD is turned off for now.
