lpaulsen93 Did you try to go to the Admin page and use the Template Style Settings? E.g.: The width of the full site (can be any length unit: %, px, em, ...): 100%
zinc Oh yes, so simple! Thanks. The change thru the admin page is immediate and work with every broswer tested.
zinc Hi, Since several versions, I find the default template too narrow: it take about 50% of my screen width (1920x1080). Google said I just have to modify /dokuwiki/lib/tpl/dokuwiki/style.ini I had __site_width__ = "75em"[/m] which I modified to [m]__site_width__ = "95em" but the result is exaclty the same. What could be the problem? edit: after I posted this message, a refresh shown a great improvement (why only now?! I try this since several hours!). But with __site_width__ = "100em"[/m] or [m]100% there is still 1/8 of the screen lost on each side (so 1/4 in all). If I reduce the browser's window, I have the correct size: only a small gap on each side. With Google Chrome (Windows) I still lost about 1/4 of the width. With Mozilla Firefox (Windows) I still lost about 1/3 of the width (worst than before). With Mozilla Firefox (Linux) I still lost about 1/6 of the width. Could be okay but not every visitor is using Firefox on Linux.
