Hi all,
since my webspace provider is blocking shell_exec calls for php scripts it seems I cannot use the backuptool plugin. On his FAQ page (
http://all-inkl.com/eng/index.php?cna=wichtig&cnb=#software) he says I can work around this problem with a special .htaccess file or by renaming the relevant php file. Don't ask me why, I had no success with the htaccess method, so I was trying to rename lib/plugins/backup/admin.php to .phpx, but then backuptool no longer even showed up in the list of plugins. I suppose this is related to how the main plugin script enumerates the installed plugins. Is there any possibility to get it to recognize phpx-files, too?
Of course my problem would be remedied also by getting rid of the shell_exec calls in backuptool, but that's not something I feel capable of doing.
Thanks for any help,
Andreas
