dfiysl Hello I tried to upgrade from 2017-02-19e "Frusterick Manners" to 2018-04-22a "Greebo" Process: I went to download page, I checked "update only" I uploaded the content to my server. Since then I still have the warning : Hotfix release available: 2018-04-22a "Greebo". upgrade now! [50.1] (what's this?) New release available: 2018-04-22 "Greebo". upgrade now! [50] (what's this?) I checked in admin, it displays that I have the last version but I also noticed that actually the eversio ndisplayed comes from the VERSION file. (I modified the file, now it says : Release 2018-04-22a "Greebo test") I could upgrade the "updatable extensions" though. You're currently running DokuWiki Release 2018-04-22a "Greebo test". ! Your current DokuWiki is already up to date. No need for upgrading. Any idea how to make sure if I have the last version and if my install is clean? Thank you
turnermm You can remove those messages from the data/cache directory. They will disappear in a few days on their own. As for upgrades, it's usually best to use the upgrade plugin. Just go to the extension manager and search for upgrade. You can then load the upgrade plugin in the admin page and you will be able to tell where you are. But you should restore the VERSION file to its original content.
turnermm Also, you can check doku.php in the root dokuwiki directory. The latest Greebo version will be entered at the top of the file as: $updateVersion = "50.1";
