Subject: sprintDoc: no navigation because of js-error
After I updated the sprintdoc template and upgraded the dokuwiki to greebo, the JS-navigation in the left pane is not working any more.
Inside the left pane there are User and Site Tools as well as the sidebar with my own navigation. Normally the First Heading should be expandable. Now it isn't any more.

So I tried to deactivate all plugin and reinstalled the template. Nothing changed.

In the console I find an error:
TypeError: JSINFO.template.sprintdoc is undefined
initContentNav

g/</k<

Could anybody help?

Regards,
Daniel

In the configuration manager turn off javascript compression.  Then, in the console click on the error and it should bring to the place source where your error occurs.  It's simplest with firefox.

Thank you Myron,

just deactivate and activate the compression again helped already to get rid of the js-error and the navigation working again.
Thank you for your hint!

PS: I cannot find any option to mark this question as "solved"!?

Best Regards,
Daniel

Probably because the dokuwiki cache had to be refreshed, which is what happens when you click save on the Configuration Manager.

Hey there.  I have the same issue with a JS error. I'm just getting the "standard" heading without styling. Also the icons are missing..

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.0.0 jquery.php:20:440
TypeError: JSINFO.template.sprintdoc is undefined js.php:5898:17
initContentNav
https://mysite/lib/exe/js.php:5898:17

j
https://mysite/lib/exe/jquery.php:2:29946
g/</k<
https://mysite/lib/exe/jquery.php:2:30

Deactivating JS compression didn't help. This appears on normal pages - when I view a image media the JS works fine...

See https://github.com/cosmocode/dokuwiki-template-sprintdoc/i… It's a ckedit conflict

There was a naming conflict, which was much simpler for me to fix than for spintdoc.

For @markus1's information:  the sprintdoc template conflicts with the dokuwiki side of the ckgedit plugin. It interferes with the media manager.  That's the only one among those that I've tested and I've tested all of the popular ones and others.
