Subject: incorrect table display in xhtml export
Hi,

A table exported with export_xhtml is not shown correctly.
The background color changes to a different color, creating a large box.

Example: http://www.polytreff.de/demo/termine_xhtml_demo.html
Source: http://www.polytreff.de/demo/termine_xhtml_src.html

This is how it should look like: http://www.polytreff.de/doc/treffen:polytreff_berlin:termine

The same problem occurs when using the iframe plugin: http://www.polytreff.de/doc/treffen:polytreff_berlin:info

Thanks,

lisa

If the IFRAME element is not displayed as you desired, you can format it using CSS.

The export will load the whole CSS of your template but uses a very minimal HTML wrapper around the content. The default template adds a background gradient image at the top of the body tag. That's what you're seeing on the export. I think this could be considered as a bug in the template - feel free to open an issue.

I don't see how you can easily fix this other than by manually sizing the iframe. I don't think you have any CSS control over the contents of the iframe and there are no mechanisms to influence the CSS on the export itself.
Read this if you don't get any useful answers.

To control the CSS of the export: Create your own template, style it by CSS as desired and assign it by the Loadskin plugin to the page you want to export.

(The template of the DokuWiki web page shown in the IFRAME of the demo is assigned by the Loadskin plugin.)

I found out a less extensive way than with adding a template.

You can tweak the CSS-output of the xhtml-export by inserting inline style.

The inline style is inserted via the HTML option of the Textinsert plugin. This avoid the security-critical release of an HTML input.
