Subject: Publish Plugin
Hey, I hope that you can help me. I search and search and can not find the funktion or syntax.

I use the Publish Plugin to approve dokuments. When I approve an dokument, let'S say by mistake, can I take the dokument back to draft? And how?

PS: I don't want to use the daftdraft plugin.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Kind Regards.

I'm not familiar with the Publish plugin. (I only know the approximate function.) But I think your issue has nothing to do with the plugin.

Open the old version of the page (as if you want to edit it) and save it as you always save a edited page. (Presumably, you still have to approve this version.)

(And then I just see that there is also a restore button. I assume he will do the same.)

Feedback welcome - Michael Sy.

Hey,

yes it's true, it works, but it show an older version of this document to the user. I would that the user can not see this document, just like I never confirmed it. Isn't it possible?

I cannot really understand your problem. But maybe this is caused by the circumstance, that I am not familiar with the Publish plugin.

Maybe one of the following options will help you:

1. Of course, you can restore any old version of the page (for example, the last stable version of a month ago).

2. In principle, you can block the user from accessing the page's change history. As a result, he has no insight into old versions.

3. You can (but only directly on the server) delete individual or all old versions of the page (or move them to another folder).  (Be careful! - Also, I can not guarantee that this procedure has no unwanted side effects on the Publish plugin.)

Do you mean the very first version of the page shown to the user?

If so, just delete the page. (Respectively empty the page and save it. All old versions of the page are retained.) The user no longer receives a content of this page.
