Subject: php-json - New *EL linux Requirement
Hi,

New user with a quick note, it may be worth noting in your release notes that for *EL users upgrading from Frustrick to Grebo need an additional rpm, php-json otherwise you're presented with a blank screen. The tip for me was the following error on a clean grebo install:

[Wed Nov 28 15:07:18.942998 2018] [php7:error] [pid 15549] [client 161.50.17.173:54304] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function json_encode() in /var/www/html/grebo/inc/template.php:343\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/html/grebo/lib/tpl/dokuwiki/main.php(22): tpl_metaheaders()\n#1 /var/www/html/grebo/inc/actions.php(27): include('/var/www/html/g...')\n#2 /var/www/html/grebo/doku.php(120): act_dispatch()\n#3 {main}\n  thrown in /var/www/html/grebo/inc/template.php on line 343, referer: https://xxx.xx.17.174/grebo/install.php

Thank you for sharing your experience!

But what means: *EL ?  (Via search engines I did not find anything.)
By Patreon.com a few eurons can be fed into the code phasers of
the DokuWiki engine. Besides, Andi's posts are worth reading.

Hi Michaelsy

I guess *EL roughly means «Everything that is more or less related to/based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, aka RHEL, and that uses rpm packages (and the YUM package manager ?)», such as centos, scientific linux, fedora, and probably a few other hundreds linux distro...
