Subject: [SOLVED] Plugin CLI and CKGEDIT not working as expected
Hi,

I use the two plugins ckgedit and cli. When I save the content for the cli-plugin in ckgedit the cli does not work as expected.

This example:

<cli>
user@host:~/somedir $ ls # List current directory
conf      lang         README        screen.gif  ui
info.txt  manager.dat  renderer.php  syntax.php
user@host:~/somedir $
</cli>

should show me:

user@host:~/somedir $ ls # List current directory
conf      lang         README        screen.gif  ui
info.txt  manager.dat  renderer.php  syntax.php
user@host:~/somedir $

but I see:

\\
user@host:~/somedir $ ls # List current directory\\
conf      lang         README        screen.gif  ui\\
info.txt  manager.dat  renderer.php  syntax.php\\
user@host:~/somedir $ \\

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

kind regards,
Roland

I think it is not a good idea to insert code fragments via a WYSIWYG editor. For this you should temporary change to the normal DokuWiki editor, since it is a plain text editor.

~~MULTI_PLUGIN_OPEN~~
<cli>
user@host:~/somedir $ ls # List current directory
conf      lang         README        screen.gif  ui
info.txt  manager.dat  renderer.php  syntax.php
user@host:~/somedir $
</cli>

See: https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:ckgedit#multi-line_plugins

Ckgedit has extensive on-line documentation.

I have entered this as an example in the documentation:

You're right, but we are using WYSIWYG Editor because it's user-frindly and much more facile. Working with two different editors are no option. It then could be happens, that a user destroy the whole content when he use the WYSIWYNG editor and saves the content.

Therefore I will search for a better solution.

Kind regards,
Roland
