I assume you use PHP 7 on your webspace, and the docimporter-plugin (which causes this error) isn't compatible with PHP 7, it was upgraded the last time in 2013 (see https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:docimporter).

If you are not able to deactivate the plugin in the backend, open the file plugins.local.php in the folder conf in your DokuWiki-directory, and add the line

$plugins['docimporter'] = 0;

to the file to deactivate the plugin.

Now you should be able to get access to your wiki.

Sorry i don't know what PHP 7 is?
I have recently taken over this from a former colleague and don't really know how this all works.

How do i go about deactivating the plugin?

Or where do i go to open the file plugins.local.php

As I see the file-path in your error message, I assume your wiki is on a hosted server on the internet.

Can you login via a FTP-program or something similar, which gives you access to the files of the wiki on the server?

How would i do find where it is hosted
How could we help with that ? this is something we can't solve for you.
There are so many questions/possibilities :
Is it a physical machine, a virtual machine ? Is it somewhere in a computer room, at your work or somewhere else  ?, in one of your colleagues' office ? hosted by some webhoster etc... What is the name of this server ?

or log in via a FTP to the files on the server?
And once you know the computer name and location, you still have to figure out how you can get access to the files. It could be anything, really. using a console, ie physical or virtual keyboard and screen, or remote desktop, or ssh, ftp, network share, web filemanager of some sort... What are the logon and password you have to use ?

Ask your colleague, if you can still reach him/her. This person should be able to give you the required informations.

The server IP address might -- but this is not sure at all -- give you an idea of where the server is . The filenames indicate a unix like server (linux, bsd, mac or other). It also suggests that DokuWiki is installed as freddieh's personnal page. So maybe, maybe, a department webserver where users can create personnal home page. That's all I can guess; and this may be completely wrong (except that it definitely is a unix like computer).
