You should be able to do this in .htaccess.  See:…

The simplest is RedirectMatch:
RedirectMatch "^/wiki_old_dir/(.*)" "$1"

Any links directed to the old will be redirected to the new, assuming that you have retained the same directory structure and pages.

Guessing Johan searches for a way to put a link on the old pages to the new destiny: Probably not easy without much creativity. So far no tool found that would bring the own url or/and filename into the text of the textfile, which could the be replaced with batchedit-plugin.

Possible needed to make local, using command or other tools to bring the filename into the text-file. At least the way my person did for similar issue.

The redirect plugin allows for redirects to external URLs and supports wildcards. See for documentation.
