Subject: Question on security
Does DokuWiki have an option for a login before you can view any entries rather than seeing everything on only logging in to edit?

I'm looking to have a way to keep documentation and be available internally and externally while not allowing everyone to view, just users.

If you set the permissions for group @all to none, then a page can only be viewed after logging in first. On viewing a page, a not logged in user will immediately be prompted to login first (without seeing any page content). Is that what you want? Also see https://www.dokuwiki.org/acl.

Yes, thank you.
Going to set up a demo for my supervisor to see if this can be used instead of word documents on a server that may or may not sync and they get filled with old info.
