Hi I'm new to Dokuwiki and really like it so far. I've set up the blog and everything looks good, as long as I have only one entry.
Here's what happens (sorry, I'm not very technical). If I add a second blog entry and save it, it saves ok. If I click the lower "blog" link on the sidebar (the page where I create new blog entries, not the namespace/folder/index of pages), it displays properly. It shows both entries plus the title box to make a
new page. Great.
The problem is that it only shows this blog creation page the first time I call on it. If I navigate away and click on the lower "blog" again, it shows a mostly blank page. The header and track bar show, but not the sidebar or page content -- totally white.
If I delete one of the blog entries so only one remains, it will display again properly. I haven't messed around with the blog plugin at all so I don't know how I might have broken it, though I did create and delete a number of blog entries. I also deleted the "email required" part of the form for new discussion entries by unregistered users, so that just a name is required to post.
This is what I deleted from the discussion action.php if it matters. The discussion plugin seems to work for all my regular (non-blog) pages, even with multiple comments, so I don't know if it's related. Otherwise, I don't know why the blog is broken.
<div class="comment_mail">
<label class="block" for="discussion__comment_mail">
<span><?php echo $lang['email'] ?>:</span>
<input type="text" class="edit" name="mail" id="discussion__comment_mail" size="50" tabindex="2" value="<?php echo hsc($_REQUEST['mail'])?>" />
</label>
</div>
Can anyone help with this problem? I'd be eternally grateful to get my blog working. The blog plugin is great otherwise. Thank you very much. :)
