Subject: [solved] Weird behavior: Character combinations converted into symbols
I have the following problem:
The combination of the two characters "p" and "s" are being converted automatically into symbols.
Example:
ps is being shown as « when visiting the page.
The problem exists for every browser (chrome, firefox, IE, edge).
I'm just not able to find out what the problem is.
Any suggestions?

Thank you but unfortunately not. Even when I add to convert ps into ps inside the conf/entities.conf the result is still the same. Yes, I did refresh the page.

Edit: I mentioned that this behavior is only when using titles.
For example:

====== Bud Spencer & Terence Hill: Slaps and beans ======

or

=== Bud Spencer & Terence Hill: Slaps and beans ===

When using ps in normal text it is shown as it should as ps.

OK, I found out the root cause.
I am using the font-family "HandelGothicBT" for h1, h2, h3, h4 and h5 titles.
For some reason this font is showing ps as «.
When changing back to default font this behavior does not occur anymore.
Any suggestions what the reason could be?

Edit:
Problem solved. As I am using the fontface-plugin, which always need a .ttf- and a .woff-file, I just downloaded the HandelGothicBT.ttf and HandelGothicBT.woff from the same download source and now it works. Before I had downloaded both files from different download sources so I think they did not match like they were supposed to.
Thank you anyway for your help. Much appreciated!
