Subject: Single Sign On via LTI
Hello,

LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) is standard to grant access to a server for a student who has already logged in into an LMS (Learning Management System) for instance. Among LMSs, LTI is widely supported (by software like moodle).

I have written a plug-in to handle my LTI login-data (send as post-data), identify the student/teacher, and assign him to the group the LMS tells me to add to his record.

The problem is that I cannot get rid of DokuWiki's log-in-screen. The input there is not used to login-in, so it is absolutely without a function to me. It's just disturbing that you have a log-in where you can enter whatever you want.

How can I disable the log-in-screen? I have found out the option to disable the log-in completely in the conf-file or admin site - but that does not do the trick. SSO seems to be possible with server data. The authhttp-plug-in for example employs a tracker in its action.php, but I cannot manage to figure out how it really works.

Thank you so much for your help,
Thomas
