This should be possible by creating a symlink from /wiki1/conf/user.auth.php to the second wiki.

First, you have to delete (or better rename to user.auth.php.backup or something else) the user-file in wiki2. Then you create a symlink with the name user.auth.php in wiki2/conf, which points to wiki1/conf/user.auth.php. For the wiki, it is no difference if this is a file or a symlink. You only have to do this one time.
