Subject: HTTP 500 Error after Upgrade
Good Morning,

After a recent update, I am no longer about to access the wiki I was utilizing. To preface, I did not set this up, the one who did is no longer with the company I am at.

We recently updated our web server, however since updating I am getting a HTTP 500 error when trying to connect to the new server. This is the only internal website that was affected.:

Old server:

•    OS: 2008 R2 Datacenter
•    IIS: 7.5.7600.16385
•    PHP: v5.5.11

New server:

•    OS: Server 2016 Datacenter
•    IIS: 10.0.14393.0
•    PHP: 7.4.3

I can also provide the wiki stats from the original server:
DokuWiki version: Release 2014-05-05 "Ponder Stibbons"
PHP version 5.5.11
More than 32MB RAM (134217728 bytes) available.
Changelog is writable
conf directory is writable
mb_string extension is available and will be used
Your locale LC_COLLATE=C;LC_CTYPE=English_United States.1252;LC_MONETARY=C;LC_NUMERIC=C;LC_TIME=C seems not to be a UTF-8 locale, you should fix this if you encounter problems.
Debugging support is disabled
You are currently logged in as zalbright (Zach Albright)
You are part of the groups admin, user
Your current permission for this page is 255
The current page is writable by the webserver
The current page is writable by you
The search index seems to be working

Let me know if you have any advice, any and all information is appreciated. Thank You!

You should take a look at your server logs.

In most cases, an outdated plugin cause such an error. In the server logs, you will see which one is responsible for your problem.

This is the access log.

Is there another log file? But I think you‘re on the right way.

Sorry, I‘m not familar with IIS.

Unfortunately there wasn't anything of note in the Windows Logs, this is about as much information as I could dig up.
