I have a page used during audit that contains a list of pictures of devices that need auditing, a list of checks under each picture and a form below each section to record the results of the audit.
The bureaucracy plugin is set to use pagemod to update a log in a table with the results of the check.
Here's the markup
==== Cab 1 ====
Cab 1 is the black cabinet nearest the door (left most)
{{:audit:pasted:20200316-115850.png}}
<form>
action pagemod .logs:daily server_daily
thanks "Thank you for completing this check"
fieldset "Cab 1 checks"
hiddenautoinc “auto_inc”
hidden "Check Description" "=Cab 1"
select "Check Result" "OK|Needs Checking (see notes)|Failed"
static "When making notes start with the number of the device shown in the picture above."
textarea "Check Notes"
submit "Submit Check"
</form>
==== Cab 2 ====
Cab 2 is the middle black cabinet.
{{:audit:pasted:20200316-120046.png}}
- Server 1
- Server 2
- Server 3
- Server 4
- Server 5
- Disk Array
- Server 7
- UPS x 2 for cab 2
<form>
action pagemod .logs:daily server_daily
thanks "Thank you for completing this check"
fieldset "Cab 2 checks"
hiddenautoinc “auto_inc”
hidden "Check Description" "=Cab 2"
select "Check Result" "OK|Needs Checking (see notes)|Failed"
static "When making notes start with the number of the device shown in the picture above."
textarea "Check Notes"
submit "Submit Check"
</form>
When I click submit I don't what to go to the results page, I just want to confirm its been recorded and allow the auditor to scroll to the next set of checks.
Alternatively I could have one form on the whole page with one submit button at the bottom but I'd need to embed dokuwiki markup within the form but I'm unsure how to do that.
