Apologies for the confused title, I'll describe my use case:
I run a wiki for a game with many intricate interactions, and would like to create a list of frequently asked questions, where each question (and answer) is tagged with a couple keywords. I'd then like to be able have e.g. "Magic" page automatically show all questions tagged with "mage" or "spell".
What would be a good approach for this? I wouldn't mind writing a plugin, and have written simple syntax plugins before, but I'd appreciate any advice on which approach to start with coming from more experienced wiki admins.

It seems the Strata plugin might be able to do what I need.

Interesting idea Aleksandr, you mean to have each Q+A pair as a page? E.g
"Q: What happens if I drop a rock in a lava stream?
A: It floats and loses its magic.
{{tag>rock,lava,floating}}"
And then on the rock page, use the command that lists all pages tagged "rock".
It does seem a bit cluttery, but I'll look into this! Or at least adapting the tag and pagelist plugins!
