cebot Hi, I'm just playing around with the syntax a bit, but I want to use it later for sure, so it's a serious question. That said, here's the problem: I've embedded php enabled and have created a php script which sets case dependent a variable to a given value: case1: $status = failed case2: $status = wait case3: $status = on now i would like to use that within wiki syntax, for example as an image: {{status_$status.jpg}} but it doesn't work. Now I even tried it this way: {{status_<php>echo $status;</php>.jpg}} which did not work either... Well, finally I tried it within the php script: echo {{status_$status.jpg}}; But on the page it showed {{status_failed.jpg}} as plaintext, rather than as the image...so does anyone have an idea how i could realize it to use php variables within wiki syntax?
chriss You could also look at the command plugin. Its a more secure way of achieving something similar. ie. A publicly updateable wikis doesn't need to expose itself to malicious php on wiki pages.
