What is confusing the heck out of me is (and yes I've Googled the problem, I've not edited any files, there's no whitespace at the end of the php files) is why this is occurring. I'm assuming the paths are relative to the apache root (/var/www as /var/www/users/dan/wiki is indeed where things are installed), but I'm aware that Apache under OpenBSD is chrooted, and I wonder if this is causing an issue with attempts to write to /tmp? Hence the errors that are generated. I am not admin on the machine, but I can get things changed around.
My strongest guess is that this has indeed something todo with your apache being chrooted and a missing path inside the chroot where php can save it's session data. Or maybe the directory is present but has wrong permissions. The "headers already sent" errors are related to the first error.
I think the best you can do is forward the two above errors to your admin and ask him to check the chroot setup.
