I just upgraded dokuwiki along with all of the plugins including plugins:blog. When the upgrade had finished everything seemed fine except that the creation dates had for all posts had been switched so that some older posts had the creation date of newer ones. Where is this relational metadata between posts and creation dates stored?? Can i fix this manually? When I create new posts it works fine.

After we just puzzled this out in IRC, a quick note on how to fix this.
The problem probably gets caused by a unsynchronized page index (which is used to find blog posts) and a date index (which is used to quickly look up the creation dates corresponding to that blog posts). If the order in one changes, it doesn't fit to the other anymore.
Deleting the file data/index/cdate.idx (in which the date index is stored) makes sure the blog plugin does a look up on the creation date in the pages metadata instead of the quick lookup in date index, and also rebuilds the index while doing so, thus fixing the problem.
