Probably not, because DokuWiki is specialized on having flat files as backend, you'd pretty much end up rewriting the whole data backend (read: not easy, no fun, no profit other than having everything in one file?!).

exactly like that because you'd need to run the script, which would be what, in PHP, Perl, Python, wait, it's Python, but I don't have python in my ISS Windoze box, nor am I able to install any CPAN modules to use the Perl script the other guy hacked together etc. etc. ... you get the point ;).
