Hi folks,
I had a strange problem last Friday. I made some minor changes to my \dokuwiki\inc\lang\de\lang.php. Everything went ok. When I left the office, dokuwiki still worked fine. Next day I looked something up and discovered that no images were loaded! (red x in IE or vast space in Firefox where the image should be).
I worked four days on this problem and found no solution to it, so I installed yesterday the newest nightly snapshot on the server (btw. this is a W2003R2 with IIS6 and PHP 5.2.11 isapi).
Suddenly, all the images were exactly where they were supposed to be!
But I’ve got some other problems with this snapshot. So far, I’ve only implemented one plugin, wrap. It works, but all pages where I use wrap are loading very slowly (30 seconds, message: “waiting for server…”). I don’t know how to speed it up. Removing the plugin didn’t work, some pages still are loading very slowly.
The second problem is that I sometimes get the message
runIndexer(): stale lock removed instead of the actual web page, exactly as described here (
http://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/775). When I reload the page it is displayed correctly. Why does this happen?
I’ve already double-checked user permissions and IUSR has full access to the dokuwiki directory and all subfolders.
Next problem: We use Outlook and Exchange, and when a user requests a new password, the link in the mail is broken (“
Auth code not valid” as described here:
http://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/680). Is there a fix for this yet?
Greetings, Bernd
