I have set up DokuWiki on a local Win2K3/Apache machine. During install, I set the ACL to "Public Wiki". When I log in, it takes me back to the main page, however I am not logged in (and don't receive any error messages). I am 100% positive my username and password are correct. The only way for me to be able to create pages is if I set the ACL to "Open Wiki" (which will not work for my purposes).
After doing ?do=check, this is what I get:
* DokuWiki version: Release 2009-12-25c "Lemming"
* PHP version 5.2.3
* More than 32MB RAM (33554432 bytes) available.
* Changelog is writable
* Datadir is writable
* Attic is writable
* Mediadir is writable
* Cachedir is writable
* Lockdir is writable
* conf/users.auth.php is writable
* mb_string extension is available and will be used
* Debugging support is disabled
* You are currently not logged in
* Your current permission for this page is 1
* The current page is writable by the webserver
* The current page is not writable by you
* The data directory seems to be properly protected
Any ideas about this, or any more information I need to give you?

Yes, I am accepting cookies. There is a CMS (Website Baker) installed, however the wiki is residing outside of it and there aren't any .htaccess files that might screw things up somehow. There is also nothing in the error log.
