I think this is the case, but I don't know how to fix this. I do have the syntax.php file in the right place.
I also have problems installing with the plugin manager, getting the following error:

That I could not install the plugin via the plugin manager. I do have changed the rights in the IIS for the folder lib/plugins/ to read AND write though.

Thank you for pointing out. I fixed that, but I let access to the data folder open as I have other applications that need direct access on some of the files.
