Subject: Has development of DokuWiki stopped (SOLVED)

(and latest snapshot are also from this date)

Makes me wonder if the development has stopped ???

No, definitely not. Have a look at the github repository at http://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki . As you can see there, there are lively commits for adding new features and bug fixing.

If you are interested in information about a new release please see http://www.freelists.org/post/dokuwiki/New-release,15 and the following posts.

Thank you for the answer.

The link you provided shows people discussing a release of a new "pretty stable" version, but I can't
find this 'new' release ?.

It hasn't been released yet, it's underway though and AFAIK it will be released somewhen this month. DokuWiki is about to switch to a fixed release schedule (2 stable releases per year) soon.
Please add [SOLVED] to the initial thread subject if you feel your question has been answered.

This is just a comment but the last version that I have tried of DokuWiki is “Anteater”.
This is a really mature release of this Wiki with a lot of improvements.
Moreover, Anteater is fast, really Wiki and reliable. I don't know if there is some benchmark of it, but i think this is the faster version.
After you can use the deposits to stay Up to date.

Thank you and Good Year for all the folks and developers of this communauty.
I use DK for  years now and i love is capacity of data parsing, the new Data extension and Sql incursions are greats too.
Forms in DK have good looking now.

I love is perfect portability, this the magic aspect of his pure Php Architecture.

Sorry for my English low spoken habits ...

Just because it is my little 2011 realisation with DK :

An exemple of Public Information systeme of my little village (low than 500 ! but we were more than 1000 a century ago with less housses...)
